Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

This car will take 4 people and 4 dogs with luggage in plenty of comfort. The ride is smooth and it sits up nice and high. adjustable from the rear air and heat keeps everyone comfortable. Unique as there are so few of them on the road.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

I scored my Sienna "excellent" based on the fact that, though this vehicle does not have the features of new vehicles, or the performance of newer bigger engines, it shows astronomical worth in functionality and comfort and for an older car, does not drive like an old car. My husband has taken care of regular service and we have never had anything major break that hasn't been due to regular wear and tear. We bought new (first year available) & have had for 17 years (210,000 miles) and it still runs like a clock. Starts in subzero weather, drives in snow, air conditioner works, seats & upholstery are in great shape and the Scotchguard on the fabric STILL works! This vehicle is an amazing example of the already incredible Toyota reliability and quality. There's a reason the design has changed little in 17 years (and I've never bothered to "upgrade.") I've loved every reliable year I've been able to trust this van to get us around safely and will actually miss moving on.

Never made it to Hayes. Was in Sacramento and bought a car that day but before making it to Roseville. The car at Hayes is an LX and I really wanted an EX. The person I talked to there was very helpful.

I bought a 2008 Toyota sienna like a year ago with 200,000 miles I took it to Vegas. I took it to everywhere not got 221,000 miles. Is it this car I never have I love my minivans are used to have Nissan, but Toyota is better or Nissan Toyota is the best vehicle are used to have a previa went 300,000 miles and I sold it one 330,000 miles does a car run forever they are the best minivans

Fantastic experience! Great customer service. No issues kicking tires, popping the hood, or checking out the interior. Didn't feel pressured at all, were provided space. Easy to test drive. Felt like we were dealing with friends, or strangers who genuinely cared about our experience. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at and purchased. Everyone we dealt with was great. 10/10 would recommend you check out their inventory and give them a visit if you're in the market for a used car.

The sliding doors get suctioned closed when it rains or has other moisture. We've damaged the handles and our shoulders and elbows and wrists trying to open the doors. We have to resort to someone pushing out with their feet from the inside at the same time as someone pulls the handle from the outside. We had to replace the transmission at year 20 and had coolant and oil leaks at year 24. It has 185,000 miles on it.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ruben staff member at Hayes auto dealership felt like his customer service was impeccable. He even dropped off the vehicle to accommodate my crazy work schedule. He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I test drove 4 cars in the roasting heat but finally bought one that I love. And didn’t break the bank. Thank you for the wonderful service today guys!!!!

My van has 248,000 miles and still runs and can haul anything like bricks and Sand. Still has the spirit of a Civic and a styling of a Pilot.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

After all the questions, it ended in me taking a day off work and making a 3 hour drive to test drive, and ultimately buy the car I was looking at. Dave was even more awesome in person! He was able to work with me and get me a great price on the car, AND he had one of his guys follow me to a rental place an hour away so I would be able to turn in my rental and start driving my new car right away! I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.
