This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

The VW Routan is a very reliable family van with a really great look. Very comfortable riding and pleasant to drive. Very good in fuel efficiency and the on board entertainment features(like 3 screens DVD players) are awesome.

Hit a deer at night going about 75. No injuries the vehicle took the hit and took us to a safe place. I would recommend this vehicle to everyone. Feel safe driving it.

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. I will be back for my next vehicle for sure. A1 service and attitudes......Thank you again Mike and Kevin.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

THEY REPLACED THE ORIGINAL CAR THEY SOLD ME WITH A FAR SUPERIOR MODEL AND HANDLED ALL THE FINANCIAL DETAILS WITH SPEED AND EFFICIENCY. IF I COULD ERASE MY INITIAL NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WOULD DO IT IN A HEARTBEAT!

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

I am on my third Grand Carvan. It has a little over 40,000 miles. This is my third carvan. Have a handicap son was reason I bought it. I am very happy with it. I feel it will be my last, s I turned 85 on Tuesday.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!
