Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Ron was very friendly and worked hard to help us get into a car we could afford and is reliable! I would highly suggest anyone that needs a car to go to Merchats and ask for Ron Semons!

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Clyde has always been honest, easy to work with and thorough with all the follow up details. I bought my first new car from him after shopping all the local Toyota dealerships and he was the only salesman I found to be professional and straightforward. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! The dealership itself was clean and modern, making me feel very happy to be spending the waiting time in such a nice area. Overall couldn’t recommend Kelly VW enough!

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

Customer service was excellent. John the salesman worked very hard to get me what I wanted at the price point I needed. Sales Assistant Michael was also extremely patient with me and helped me throughout the whole process.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Today I leased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. I am very happy with this vehicle. The salesman, Paul Denning did an outstanding job in presenting the new features of the CX-5. I was very impressed with the auto start of the vehicle from an app on my phone. Paul took care of all the registration and demonstrated a lot of patience in getting a "binder" from my insurance company so I could get the CX-5 within 24 hours. Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!
