I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

They are super nice. They will try their best to help you, make you comfortable.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The rep who assisted us, Parker, was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and ensuring that we got exactly what we needed. He didn't mind as we looked over (and drove) more than one vehicle, and replied to all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I went into my purchasing research looking for an SUV with third row seating. I had a very reliable 2003 GMC Envoy XL which I had owned for 9 years. I have test driven GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, Ford Edge, Pontiac Montana, Buick Enclave, and 3 different Kia Sedona; a 2016, 2015, and a 2018. I always said I would never drive a minivan, but the Kia Sedona changed my mind. The stylish Sedona, doesn't look like a minivan, and the luxury features make you forget you are driving a minivan. It starts with the standard Kia warranty 10 years/100,000 miles for the original owner (60,000 miles regardless of owner). The Sedona also tests much more reliably than all the above mentioned models as well as Chrysler, Dodge, and Honda minivans per Consumer Reports. The cost is also much more affordable compared to SUVs of a similar size. The SUVs listed above have significantly less room inside for hauling. To approach the interior space of a minivan, you would have to go with the largest SUVs: Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon. Going to those options were out of my price range. A similar SUV with a similar price would be a minimum of 10 years old with over 100,000 miles, and still be more expensive than a 5 year old Kia Sedona with less than 60,000 miles on it. After months a research, the choice was clear. I ended test driving 3 Sedonas and I loved all of them. I ended up purchasing the 2015 because the price was right. I have loved it! The power lift gate (only on certain packages) has made grocery shopping so easy. I can open and close it with the touch of a button even with two hands full of groceries. The dual power sliding doors make dropping the kids off easy, even in a crowded parking lot. The bluetooth technology has been great. You can even have texts read to you via voice commands. The clincher for me is that I can fit my paddle board inside the Sedona, where I would be unable to do that with most SUVs. I love everything about this purchase, and highly recommend Kia Sedonas for anyone in the market for an SUV or a minivan.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Im in the process of buying a car from here. The prices are alright, and hopefully it’s a good experience as it has been so far. Will update if this changed

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and they made the process a fantastic experience. We went to other dealerships to try other models (first time purchasing a SUV), but came back to this one due to their quality and variety of cars and approachable team! Quintin and Kenny picked right back up with assisting us when we returned and assisted us well into the evening. The finance representative was awesome too! We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

They were very honest about the condition of the car. I appreciated that and would recommend them.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Went there close to a month earlier. Found a car that we loved and it wasn't on the lot it was in the shop. The mechanic was very thorough explaining all the problems that he was looking to fix. It had high miles and some electrical problems but was spotless inside and out. When I showed interest they said they would let me know when it was all fixed up so we can take it for a ride. They contacted us later in a couple weeks and said it was ready. At this point we didn't have the money to even think about buying it. So they saved it because they knew we loved it. Long story short we came back took it for a ride and loved it. Just to make things better we said there were a few things that cuased concern and they brought it to another shop fixed it on the spot and worked with us to get it financed. We have been driving it know for a month and absolutely couldnt be happier. Thank you to the whole crew at wheels for helping us out and letting chose the vehicle we wanted when no one else could. Great guys great cars and honest about the condition of them. Advise to others buying because I see some bad reviews. Ask questions and they will answer they can't know everything about a vehicle that they haven't been under the hood on but they will look and tell the truth. Thanks wheels!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This car is a smooth ride and very nice looking. Very reasonable priced for a 2015. The interior is very good condition , no sign of abuse.
