Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I was cautious about making a big purchase relying only on pictures and online/telephone communications as the dealer location is 500+ miles from my location. The entire team at Sam Leman was very easy to work with remotely and Frank (my primary contact) was always available at every step of the process. The transaction was completed online and the vehicle shipped to my home. I was delighted when I saw it for the first time as it came off the truck. The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Great people to deal with my deal is still going on but so far it has been a pleasure as everyone would like to pay less or get more for there trade in but with that being said it's 2025 good luck with buying a new car or a used one it's not a buyers market

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Traded my 2019 Ridgeline for a new 2025. Zach, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and gave a good out the order price with an excellent trade-in price. Liked that there were no dealer installed accessories added!

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Douglas and the rest of East Coast Honda in surfside deserve more than 5 stars. The amount of effort they put into getting the deal together, accommodating my requirements, and just overall communication/customer experience were beyond expectations. Just to start, Douglas and I were in complete communication throughout the entire process. He was amazing to work with, super professional while keeping a fun and friendly demeanor, and was great to work with overall. I can’t thank him enough for the experience he gave me through this car buying experience. East coast was great to work with over all. The rest of the finance managers (Jordan Fine), internet/call manager I first talked to, even to the sales guys that just passed by and struck up a conversation made the experience very pleasant. I can’t thank the entire team enough for my new 2026 Civic Si. The hardest part of the experience was waiting for the car to come in a few days later after we finished negotiating, and then finalizing the deal! The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside
