We purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon from College Cars Chicago on 6/10/2020 after our other 2002 Toyota Avalon was totaled. Exact year, make, and model both cars were well maintained and taken care of. We were planning on driving the car we had for many more years until the accident. I got on the internet the very next day and more or less stumbled on finding one we purchased from Zack that was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, things can go wrong with any car even if they are well maintained. We experienced the airbag light would not go out and it was determined that the SRS computer had to be replaced. This was not like replacing a lightbulb. Zack stood behind College Cars 30 day 1000 mile warranty and worked with myself and the dealer making the repair as painless as possible. Very professional and customer-oriented. Would definitely return if and when we needed or wanted another vehicle. Also will highly recommend to anyone. We live in Indiana but it was well worth the approximate two-hour drive. Thanks again Zack!

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Zack and Moe are by far the Best I Ever dealt with!! Zack was professional held the car for a week on a handshake like the old days When a man's word in his handshake was good enough! I will be buying my cars from here from now on and would strongly recommend this dealership! The tire sensors went out on the car 2 weeks after I bought it Zack only had to replace 1 the 1 that was broken. Instead Zach replaced all 4 at no charge this is a good man and this dealership is the best I've ever seen I'll be back Zack!!!!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

They seldom drive these days so when Dad was not able to start the car recently even after trying to charge the battery, we reached out to Zach. Based on our conversation he took the initiative to order a new battery in case it was needed. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and take a closer look. I saw a black Nissan armada in car gurus, for sale at cars 147, i did check the pictures and got contact with this dealer, Amanda was on the phone and provided all info i request as i am in madison wi, well far from cars 147 and with no time to go there and see the car, so i ask for aditional video, which very soon i got, i did check carfax report, and all mi quiestions were anser in a totally transparent way, Amanda and Mia did act in a very proffesional way and very kind and efficient in anything, they ask me to send my mechanic for inspection but for me was not necesarilly, so we entered in a quick negotiations and did find and agreement, cars 147 was to deliver the car to my house, i pay the car in a very convenient way and the car reach me the next day in perfect condition and exaclty as decribed, now very happy and 100 satisficed with the car a bougth from them with not even going and see. a very good experience wit a very profesional team.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

The team at Capital Auto Financial are quite literally the best. I never felt pressured and also never felt that I needed to ask for their attention. They move with purpose and go the long distance to please their clientele. The cars were all of quality at a terrific value. I felt that I could immediately trust them. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.
