Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My sales person was Hector Becerra when purchased my used Lexus .He was so helpful,kind thought the buying. Hector bend over backwards to help. He knows how to treat a buyer . I love my Lexus !

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

They have great service and the people are so understanding. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and they are open to suggestions and they listen.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

This was my first experience at a dealership, but I did extensive research beforehand, and had an idea of what to expect. My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. I recently bought my first car from Hometown Auto Sales, and feel very grateful for such an easy, sound buying process I went through with Dylan. The inventory at Hometown Auto Sales is way better than what I've found at other local used car lots, as the staff only pick out and sell the best of the best, the most reliable of the most reliable, plus often times unique, cool, and excellent vehicles. I drove up to Cedarburg from Milwaukee to find a 2006 Saab 9-2x I bought that was nearly mint and had only 73,000 miles on it! I couldn't believe how clean it was inside, outside, and under the hood. Additionally, I requested to have the vehicle put up on a lift during the final stages of buying my car, for me to inspect it for any rust and they gladly did so. In the negotiating process, they even offered to rubberize undercoat underneath it to prevent any future rust! The mechanic who put the car on a lift in their shop was also very friendly, and professional. Working with Dylan was super stress-free, and I felt at ease the entire time. From taking the car on a test drive, phone and email contacts, and eventually pulling the trigger on it and signing all the paperwork, Dylan isn't pushy or pressuring: he buys good cars and sells good cars because that's what he wants to do. There's not junk or bad vehicles out on the lot, which is a big plus for me.There's in-house financing through a credit union Hometown Auto Sales uses but I chose to find my own loan which Dylan was totally fine with me doing. The car was perfectly detailed and came with a 1,000 mile/1 month warranty when I drove it home. I'm very impressed and happy with my car, and would have zero hesitation recommending Hometown Auto Sales to a potential car shopper. Seriously, ask yourself, why would you go to a big car dealership when this local spot is excellent?

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!
