We purchased a new 2018 RDX Accura from Accura of Johnston in November of 2108. So, our initial visit to Accura of Johnston was for a free service courtesy of them. While waiting, we decided to look around at the new 2019 RDX's. Alen Zenkovic, the salesman came out right away and was very personably and kind in showing us the changes in the new 2019 RDX. He let us even take another car out for a drive, however, we decided we liked the RDX better. Long story short, who buys another new car after only seven months? Well, we did! He was very patient and kind and he drew up an offer as we sat across from him in his office for a new 2019 RDX Accura! He was very professional, but very kind in his mannerism in dealing with us. Ended up after wheeling and dealing, and with no pressure on his part and with patience, an offer was agreed upon and we were the new owners of an Accura 2019 RDX. Alen was very kind in showing us all the new technology in the computer system inside the car with patience, as there is a lot to learn! We enjoyed his expertise and kindness in dealing with us! We would highly recommend Alen to anyone interested in purchasing from Accura!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I was looking for a used SUV within a specific price range, and I decided to stop at Acura of Johnston. Chester had been my sales person, and he was welcoming and accomodating. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicles I'd actually be interested in, which is so much nicer than the typical experience of being shown things that are either out of your price range or not what you're looking for. The dealership is clean, well presented, and the staff is friendly. Chester is great, and needs commended for his patience, as the vehicle I purchased only had one key (not the dealer's fault! The previous owner didn't provide it) and I was persistent on confirming this. Overall, I had a good experience at Acura of Johnston, and I didn't expect to buy at the first place I shopped, but this time, I did. They actually try to work with you, and that's appreciated.

Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid is the ultimate road trip vehicle and is amazing around town. Flexible interior design, comfortable seating, and incredible highway handling and noise control make this vehicle a driving pleasure. Reliability +

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I haven't purchase yet but so far I am please with the price we came up with and the car seems in very good condition. They seem friendly and willing to please the customer. They will go far with that attitude and sell a lot of vehicles . Some how right from the get go you have a science you buying from a reliable dealer. Over the weekend I went to purchase a vehicle from Tom's, this was a first time for me going there. I'm usually pretty anxious before going to look at cars with that feeling like the sales people are on you and pressuring you but it was not like that here at all. I felt very comfortable as soon as we got there. There were a few people working and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. It was a friendly, easy going environment yet professional. From the test drive to signing the paperwork the entire process was super easy and fun. We worked with Joe B, he was awesome! The air conditioning wasn't as cold as it normally would be and even though we purchased the vehicle he made sure that we were able to get that taken care of under their expense. I love my car and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

I worked with Joe and Matt, buying a car with a limited income in a hurry due to my old one being destroyed when someone ran a stoplight. They couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, made me comfortable and I got a great deal, they handled the necessary repairs and services and almost two years later she still runs like a dream. We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving
