Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I have been planning a cross country road trip for a while and when I realized my car was in no shape to travel from Kentucky to California and back I was crushed! Until… Driving Xcellence saved the day! I was able to trade in my 2013 ford escape for a 2020 ford escape in a seamless process with clear instructions and information. Florin and Lucia also went above and beyond to help me understand the trade in policies so I could advocate for myself when the DMV was going to charge me $800 in tax during the registration process. After a few conversation, I paid the correct difference which was under $100! The staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my car registration. In addition, they gave me some tips on how to check my oil level, how to change my washer fluid, and how to check my tire pressure. Over the weekend of Oct 4/5 an issue first came up with our VW Taos that required a tire repair. While we were dealing with that our VW Jetta was throwing a batter low warning. We dropped the Jetta off at key drop on Sunday and I received a call first thing Monday from Anthony that they would take a look at it. While they couldn?t get it done on Monday - since I didn?t even have an appointment, they were able to replace battery by 10a on Tuesday. At that point - I brought the Taos up to get Jetta and they were able to complete the repairs on the Taos that day as well. The customer service and care that John and Anthony provide at VW Clarksville is second to none. They are customer focused, communicate timely, work with me with or without an appointment and I wouldn?t take my cars anywhere else.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Went to Bachman Subaru for the first time to have a problem noise with my Forester SUV checked out and an oil change. I was very happy with the service and will go back.

Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didn't hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaac's even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. We obviously don't live in the area but I would highly recommend Isaac's to anyone in the area or considering a purchase, even if long-distant! Thank you!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

We went in looking at two specific trucks. Dealer came out in the freezing cold and six inches of snow to show us the trucks. We finally decided on one. There were a couple of small details we took issue with, and he worked quickly to fix them both to our satisfaction. We had outside financing, but he checked on his financing as well to make sure we were getting a good rate. Truck is in excellent condition and was priced under value. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely return.

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).
