Mason's customer service skills were impeccable today I have visited this service department many times before and out of all the visits and service repair staff, he did the best job. He came to check in with me multiple times throughout my wait and for that I am grateful. Waiting for two hours is not easy, especially when normally no one updates you on the process. That was not the case today and it called for a great experience. I am grateful.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Reno did a good job at finding the car that fit our needs was a little more expensive but I was glad he kept looking. They made sure we were happy. I would use them again and if you need a ride this is the place to go to.

Best car we owned in 63 years. Driven 20 years, top notch quality. Very little $$$ spent, do routine oil changes and keep up with little stuff. Bought in 2004 with 24,000 miles it was a company car return. We drive daily, errands and drive it twice a year on vacation to northern Minnesota near Canada.

Everyone lives nice and friendly and helpful! The waiting room was nice and got to watch the football game while my car was being serviced.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Love the stow n go seating! Absolutely the most versatile seating arrangement I've ever seen. There is TONS of room in the back with both rows of seats down. The versatility of putting down just the back or side seats to have room to haul stuff and still have safe seating for a kid or two has been fantastic. I put 235,000 miles on the van and it has been a reliable ride for nearly all of those miles.

The service process was quick and easy. My service advisor was very professional and courteous. I waited while my truck was checked out. It took about 45 minutes.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Excellent service again. David Hoffman always makes sure my car is taken care of. I have never had any issues with it between services. David is the best, please give that man a raise.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Tuc my service advisor was very efficient and communicated what the process was he did a great job. Why 25 when fewer will do i don't understand!!! :)

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

My 08 caravan has 371,000 and still going, it has had a few issues with brakes replaced often, the front control arms and a front axel was replaced around 250,000 miles but overall I love this van so much I don't trust the newer ones, we bought brand new and purchased the lifetime wrap around warranty, so after 16 years I still drive it, although we have two newer dodge vehicles a truck and charger, I prefer my van

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
