Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

The service advisor, David Dyson, made the entire experience effortless. I was able to make an appointment the same day I called. I informed David what I was experiencing with my vehicle and that I would wait for it. He ensured me that the repair would take an hour and sure enough, it did.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Excellent service advisor and assistant service manager - James Kim. The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Sport Honda, every time we are more impressed with our experience. They always seem to have the most competitive prices, a great selection and just super easy to work with. We have always been treated like family members, not as just another sale like most dealers. At this point there is just no need to even shop around, we save so much time and hassle to just go right to Sport. One thing that we have noticed that makes us really feel comfortable at Sport is there is no high pressure sales tactics, they just lay everything out and let you make your decision.
