We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Only problem. They praise. My car too low. If they raise my car appraisal. I will make a deal.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Rena continues to provide excellent customer service on behalf of the Tasca dealership. She is knowledgeable and always prepared to respond to concerns regarding my 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. Rena and her service team is the reason for my 3rd lease with Tasca. She is a 10++++. Also, Chris has continued to be a valuable and excellent resource at Tasca. He continues - through the years - to be customer focused and always responds with an understanding of the Jeep. He is an outstanding professional at Tasca.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

The vehicle we were originally looking at sold the same day we reached out but they worked with us on a great deal and even though we passed for now - we're definitely keeping them in mind.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. This is a brand new car, so all we can base this on is the ride home from purchasing it. We traded in a 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited which had been a good car, but it was lacking refinements in its information/entertainment center, and it was quite noisy and rough. We can only judge from the 100+ miles we put on the Odyssey so far, but it is luxurious and smooth riding and quiet. The drive on two-lane rough roads and interstate was wonderful. There are too many features to mention here, but we are sure we made the right decision in purchasing this beautifully designed car. Even the exterior has a very special look. We purchased the white with beige interior and love it.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This is our fourth Odyssey over the years. We love them. We love our new Odyssey. The radiant red color is beautiful. It has plenty of space inside. There are also many convenience features. Even though we no longer have kids to have to shuttle places anymore, we love the space. This van is great for traveling.
