We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Travis the young salesman is outstanding, cares about you and the care you get from the dealership . The service department is also great. It's nice that they offer coffee water and snacks while you wait. The only thing better is if your car is in there for a very long time they could give you a rental or guest car so you can get other things done.

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

If you do your homework you will find that they offer quality used cars at a very fair price.The sales experience was nothing like I was used to at a brand-based dealership, and am confident that we will come back when we are ready for another vehicle. Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Walid Chaiban was a phenomenal salesperson. From the moment he met me in the lot to sitting down and going through the options he was sincere and honest. The finance manager, Mate Tamas, was also stellar. I loved his sense of humor. He was very efficient.

The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.
