Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I went to this dealership with my son just to look around so I can get some idea on how much used full size trucks are going for. I liked the selection and the prices were reasonable. Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. She was not pushy and she was a subject matter expert when it came to the right truck with all the features I was looking for and my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Ariana.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Had answered all questions, and was very transparent on how the process works. Found a great car and told him that’s the one. Went in and got paperwork going. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Service was all good, service rep did a great job. I will be back in six months for my next oil change. Thank you, Tony Binaco

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Sunday November 23, 2025 I arrived at the Coggin Honda of Orlando on Central FL Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail with a hesitancy of being harassed by multiple car sales man and all of their ?Pitching? tactics and slogans. That was far from what actually happened. A gentleman by the name of Mark introduced himself to me and asked me if I was here to see someone specific or looking for a particular car. I proceeded to tell him that I came to test drive the Used 2021 Tesla Model Y they had online. He immediately went and grabbed the key; asked me for my drivers license and next thing you know the Tesla was out front ready for the test drive. Keep in mind, this is my very first EV purchase and it?s been over 15 years since I brought a car. I knew I was going to buy the car from this location the minute we returned from the test drive. I had previously test drove two Model Y?s at another location three days before and didn?t feel as comfortable when I stepped back into the showroom. Two hours later I was signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle. I want to first thank Mr. Mark for his amazing professionalism and the kind demeanor within his approach which part of what sold the deal. Of course, we were able to hit the important numbers I needed to make the deal happen as well. There was not too much back and forth in regards to push back. He even went above and beyond to help me find an insurance company for the car. I end up saving $75 per month in comparison to the insurance I already had. Overall Mark, thank you. Now, Mr. Edgar took over from there; I?m guessing he is the individual that helps you transition from understanding all of the other aspects like CarFax, Trade-In Value, Previous Owner any particulars about the specific car that your buying. Edgar also gave me a step-by-step run down on how to charge my vehicle as well. If I ever want to purchase another vehicle in the future, you best believe I will open doors at that Coggin Honda of Orlando. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
