The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

5 Star Experience. First time used car buyer, and out of state, so doing everything virtually and was understandably a little nervous about the whole process. Great experience working with Dave, upfront and transparent about the rebuilt title from the onset. Provided context, photos, autocheck reports to evaluate and diligence. Very easy to arrange a 3rd party inspection, lots of nearby garages and was done in a day. Pricing and terms were much simpler, transparent and way more competitive than any of the new car dealerships I spoke with. Would definitely recommend to friend and will be back for our next car as well.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I'll choose this van over any other new van or cars out there, it is very reliable and fun very spaceship with no problem highly recommeced

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

I was unable to get transportation to Portland to pick up my car. Rebecca was wonderful and arranged to have the car delivered to the train station in Vancouver where I could pick it up. She spent alot of time with me on the phone making these arrangements and was VERY patient.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.
