We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Our food pantry uses vans to pick up and deliver food every day. We need a vehicle that has space, rides well, and has safety features included. This van has it all. We'll be sure to come back each time we need to replace another of our fleet.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I was greeted by Justin Stinaff, he is always cheerful and welcoming. Great experience from the start. The technician Brian Binegar was knowledgeable and fast on the recall and oil change. My car was washed, another pleasant BONUS. Below does not give me option to select the tech who performed the work, Brian Binegar also gets 5 stars

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Best priced and cleanest vehicles. Very honest and transparent company that our family had a pleasure working with . We love our Range Rover and will always look first at Carena Motors when shopping for vehicles in the future

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Walid Chaiban was a phenomenal salesperson. From the moment he met me in the lot to sitting down and going through the options he was sincere and honest. The finance manager, Mate Tamas, was also stellar. I loved his sense of humor. He was very efficient.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Has a lot of useful features and good fuel economy, the leather interior is easy to keep clean. The interior lighting (in ceiling in back) is excellent for kids at night, so they aren't in the dark
