The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

Even when we thought we had what we thought was the best deal he continued to work and somehow found us something even better. I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.
