Love my T&C! Comfy, reliable, has some power, looks good, rides nice, what's not to love. Had it 7 years so far and it's reliable which is very important as a family car!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

Have trusted this dealership for over 25 years. I wouldn’t think of bringing my 2 Buicks anywhere else. They only do necessary repairs which I appreciate and will give you a timeline as to what to expect down the road when it comes to doing work. They value you as a customer and do everything they can to help you in all aspects serving you.

I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.
