During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS from Wood Nissan Motor Company. We had a top-quality experience all the way around. Our salesperson, Jess Thomas, was experienced, respectful, and went out of his way to provide the best buying experience. I left a message on a third-party website on a holiday week-end and Jess Thomas contacted me via text right away, which was impressive. We were from out-of-town (150 miles away) and so when I spoke on the phone with Jess Thomas on Monday about the car provided all the information clearly and he volunteered to send me a personal video of the car. All of the negotiations for the car and our trade-in were conducted via phone in a professional manner. I believe the final numbers were fair to us and fair to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Jess treated us wonderful and did everything possible to get us in and out in a timely manner. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I also had considerable sliding door problems, even opening on the freeway and scaring my mom in law. Also, the factory painted exterior began to deteriorate around 60,000 miles and continued to advertise poor quality.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Service associate Allysa made my day! AC not working! Hot, Hot, Hot. Just as I was getting in the shuttle for a ride home, she came running out and said "it's fixed". The DUAL button on the AC controls had been depressed accidently. Saved me a diagnostic fee. Five stars for her!!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Caiden helped me find a car that wasn't on the lot but on a sisters lot of Honda! I like that the process wasn't a hassle and was a smooth. Only took maybe 2 days and the car was delivered to the lot and Ava helped me with the test drive, and the paperwork and finalizing the process. The customer service is great at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee Summit. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

We purchased our 2024 certified Outback in late February and was treated amazing by Reed and Oscar and sales team and I would highly recommend Subaru of Olathe and will definitely return when it’s time to upgrade to another Subaru!!!

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
