Desiring a newer Lexus suv I contacted the dealership and they had Jordan Mc help me with my desired 2013 Lexus RX. I’m very impressed with the overall willingness to understand my needs. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for and priced under the market. I’m happy with my new vehicle.

This is my first minivan but I have to say there are a good deal of pros and cons I can find. There isn?t Bluetooth or any usb/aux ports. Which is a con. The second row isn?t stow and go, the seats do release to come out. Con. There?s a DVD player, pro. Plenty of leg room in the front and back, third row is a little cramped for adults. There?s a tray table that folds up/down between the front seats, has 4 cup holders plus the two cup holders for the front seats that fold out. The engine has great pick up. Plenty of power for me, I?m used to driving a Ford Edge(2015). The only thing that would make this Van better to me would be Bluetooth, and a back up camera. It does have back up sensors but no camera. I like that this car came with rims and not hudcaps. The driver seat has multi position memory. And this one has heated front seats which is nice. I know we bought the car used and it?s an 08? but some of the electronics have decided not to work, we?re going to look into having some of it fixed if it?s not too expansive.

I'll be so honest, I hate car shopping (like most people do). I ventured to roughly 6 or 7 dealerships in the valley within the past few weeks, but ultimately I'm really glad I gave Arrowhead Honda a shot. Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Needed critical electrical work on my 2023 Corvette so I contacted Chad my service rep. As always, he got me into the shop in just a few days. Lee the C8 tech found a short in my truck switch. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

Aaron was great to work with. The car buying experiencing was fast, easy and flexible. We drove from a great distance and we were able to get exactly what we had spoken to Aaron about over the phone. After the test drive it only took about 15 minutes to be on our way. The car had been cleaned and detailed well. I would recommend a visit. Ask to speak with Aaron.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

This is a great dealership!! We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Overall positive experience. I found the truck online, and when I got to the dealership the pictures were accurate of condition. Worked with John, let me drive the car wherever I wanted (other dealers only had predetermined routes and they sat in the back). Had 1 concern about the truck, which John handled before I came back the next day to bring my trade in. Buying process was straight forward, and no hard-ball tactics.
