I purchased a new car from dealership. Everyone worked to make my experience pleasant and efficient. No problems. Salesman capable and friendly. Financial department was helpful and very efficient.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I am only leaving this review because of the extraordinarily exceptional service I received from the service department manager. He stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I could get my car and promptly addressed an issue that arose when I was there. He was patient, kind and his positive mood was refreshing, especially considering the circumstances.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

On 10/9/25 I dropped my 2024 Honda CRV off at the Dealership at 7:00 am when they opened. My maintenance light had come on with a message that my vehicle needed scheduled maintenance at 11,500 miles, also my tire light had come on 3 times over the previous weeks, and my husband had checked the pressure, and there was one tire that had a slow leak. Billy checked all 4 of my tires and replaced one and filed a claim with my tire policy. He checked my maintenance light and discovered that when I had my last oil change in August they had not reset my maintenance settings, so he fixed that. My car was ready by 11:00 am and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. It was a pleasant experiance.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

They work with you to get the right deal you need. People that work there are nice, they honor their word. The maintenance they do on the vehicles seem pretty professional, they made sure the VW I got was cleaned and looking nice before I drove it home.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. On Good Friday afternoon, as I was coming into Collierville/Piperton area to visit my brother and sister-in-law, my engine light came on (again) and I had to get my 2011 Honda Odyssey to a Honda dealership. I called the Wolfchase Honda dealership nearby in Bartlett and told Dexter (service advisor) what was going on (it was a known issue with the pistons & rings leaking oil around the seal and fouling out spark plugs-P0303 code). I had my elderly parents with me whom I was driving as far as Dallas, TX, and then, had to be back in Murfreesboro by Monday evening due to an appointment I couldn't miss on Tuesday. After dropping the van off to be diagnosed by the technician/mechanic, Dexter called me back to let me know that it was the issue involving the pistons and rings, etc., and with his technician on the phone with him and me, told me they would do their best to have it ready by Monday (latest, Tuesday due to being Easter weekend). Well, after driving to and from Dallas over the weekend, Dexter called me on Monday morning by 11 a.m. to tell me his technician had worked on it Friday for awhile, come in Saturday and worked on it to get the bulk of the work done and finished Monday morning so I could get home that afternoon!! I want to commend and thank Dexter and the technician (Joey Schaffer??) for their empathy and wonderful service to get me on the road back home (after more than a week of being on the road)! I know the Lord was in all the details last weekend!! Dexter and Joey deserve praise and a RAISE for being so kind!

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I've enjoyed it thus far. Purchased used at 4 years old and 69,000 miles. Is 15 year old car with 250k miles now. There is an issue with misfires in engine coil packs # 4 or #5 from the diagnostic instrument readings. I've replaced this about 4 times with my neighborhood mechanic until it was recommended to not use aftermarket spark plugs and coil pack by the dealer. It was recommended to use the original spark plugs with which i have not had a problem with OEM parts since. It fits the two passengers up front so comfortably. Rear captain chair seats sit higher than I like but my 6' son has no problem sitting in the back. I can either hall people or equipment but not usually both. I love the flip back 3rd row as a tailgating bench which opens up to the lift gate. A super value and the most car for the money.
