Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

While maintenance took much longer than expected, Dan provided excellent customer service. He walked over to me in the waiting room, rather than just call out my name and wait for me to come to his desk. Dan also kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The dealership itself is newly renovated, comfortable and clean.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I had been praying for a new car for my family and I either with a sunroof! On March 6 the Lord led Us to go to Kia on the Boulevard to start our in person search for the car of our dreams. Now PICTURE a Dreary Wednesday, raining hard as xxxx. Mr Andy came out in the rain to show us some Kia’s. He was so polite, kind and understanding. Even gave us an umbrella to not get soak while he had nothing but a hood on. He showed us a car that we liked , but due to having to get our children we could not stay to talk numbers. He was very understanding and even offered to come in the next day which was his on his day off to help us with a car. We made an appointment, but was not able to keep it! Agin he was understanding. I even went to another car dealership who was horrible and very unprofessional. I guess I had to see the worst to come back to the best! The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

I should’ve asked the insurance lady and I got it from this dealership and they were nothing but the best everything they promised was there. Everything was delivered on time it was a no nonsense Smiles. Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
