We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Dave made the process super easy. I saw a couple options online, spoke with him on the phone and worked the deal, he FedEx me the paperwork and coordinated shipping. Incredibly smooth car buying process. He’s text me a few times since delivery to make sure all is good. Will definitely buy my next car from Dave again.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

ill try and go in order. The comfort is great. When the car was new the seats were a bit hard, but as to be expected though. We have the EX trim so we got leather seats. The heating feature in the seats, pretty xxxx amazing. Seats in the back are great for the kids. comfortable and roomy. the ability to move all three seats individually in the second row makes things so much easier. We got an 8 seater and can make it a 7 seater, which we do most of the time, or remove two making a 5 etc. Leaves many options for the layout of the inside to your liking. The display for the radio, zero complaints. GPS works great. Moment you open it itll pull a list of local kia dealers based off your location just in case. Steering wheel feels great, I had a toyota for a few days and the Carnivals compared to toyotas is by far better. It is a 3.5DGI engine. Puts out amazing power. This is not your normal minivan you grew up with. it cruises along fine, and when you need to get moving, this thing moves with no hesitation at all Downside is i wish they offered a hybrid option. Hear its in the works. I use this for family and commuter to work which is about 100 miles a day 5 days a week. Have to fill up ever other day based off driving and traffic patterns. Value for the money? at MSRP pricing on an EX trim in a 2022 year, by far this is a steal!! Again test drove a sienna base base lowest trim and price was about 43K. did not have half the features our Carnival did and the Carnival MSRP price was about 36-37. we did pay a mark up of 1,500 but still nothing close to the Sienna when all was said and done. Best feature I like about this van is the rear camera that faces the back seats. I call it the DAD CAM. My kids can not get away with anything!. Styling? where i live there is not many of these around. I can maybe count all the ones in our area on two hands safely. We have ours in Black and we get so many compliments. Asked what it is and all. Many think its an SUV, facture in the look, our tints are 5% etc. Never can tell its a van unless you know what you're looking at. Reliability? I am going to say this as a very honest customer and driver. In 11 months i have put on 34,500 miles. I drive my cars pretty hard when I am by myself. Out of the 6 cars I have owned, this one is the only one that can stand my driving and always give me the power and reliability without me having to worry. Has given me zero issues. None. I have driven a Ford, Toyota and this is my first Kia. By far this out performs them all. One thing about kia is not only do they say they are reliable, they back it up with their warranty. No other car makes offer what they do unless you buy an extended warranty. Kias service team is also a pleasure. Always able to talk to a live person, can explain issues if any and they'll lead you on a path to have things resolved. If you are looking for a very safe, reliable, comfortable, unique, and family friendly vehicle and not break the bank doing so or wasting money on so many add ons or warranties, The Kia Carnival is for you. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
