On 8.6.25, I had my 2016 Toyota 4Runner (purchased new on 8.6.16 and now nine years ago driven with 362,500 miles on the odometer) serviced at Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon, Indiana. Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

Spent a cold night in our dead truck with our dogs after having been deposited at the service bay by a tow truck after hours. When they opened at 7:30, the staff kindly welcomed us and our dogs to the lounge to warm up, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed our pesky truck and sent us on our trip home. The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Easy to schedule; great service advisor (Walter Walsh); prompt completion of repairs; reasonable price. Also was able to see the damaged/used parts that were removed...this helps to ascertain the necessity of unexpected repairs.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I bought a new Electric Vehicle. This dealership has a very good web site compared to other local Chevy dealers. The sales associate who helped me did a good job orienting me to the vehicle's features and various financial offers for new car buyers. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love my new 2025 Highlander. The process was pretty smooth although there were a few hiccups. On June 18th we ordered the new SUV and added several options. We paid a deposit that day. On July 18th, we received an email telling us the SUV was on order and gave us an approximate delivery date. When I looked at the order, 3 options were missing, one option was added that we did not want, and the base price increased by $500. Per Thankful, one of the options (mud guards) was already standard on the vehicle. She assured us that the 2 remaining options for floor liners and a cargo mat would be ordered and available when the SUV arrived. She said she couldn't remove the multi-media screen protector which we didn't order and didn't want at a cost of $150. The base increase of $500 was due to tarriffs according to Thankful. I really disagree with that. We ordered the vehicle in June and paid a down payment but Ed Martin increased the vehicle by $650 before we picked it up. We paid the increased price but really feel like it shouldn't have been added. We've been buying vehicles from Ed Martin for 23 years and will probably buy again but this did bother us.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲
