I don’t normally give a review, due to it is hard to “WOW” me. But this business and Metz were amazing!!! When you go to most car lots, it’s always the sale pitch and then the running back and forth to the finance dept blah blah.. and you spend so much time there that it’s annoying!!! I ha a dealership lose out on over 100,000 in sales because of that!!! Time flies s money and my time is worth it no t to have to go through that Here was not t the case!! They were easy going, professional and actually fun to talk with! No xx. Told them what I wanted took great care of me and my husband left happy which is rare within it self!! I encourage everyone reading this if looking oking for a car to stop by and see them and see for yourself!!! They might not have what you might be looking for, but I bet money they will do what they can to try to get it for ya!!! My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I get treated like a VIP customer every time. Owning 4 KIAs, I enjoy my experience when taking in my cars for regular maintenance & service. I get treated so well, that I enjoy bringing treats to the service department. Lots of people say they don't like going to dealerships to have their cars serviced, but I wouldn't want to take my car any other place. My last service advisor was Keaton. He did a great job of making me feel completely comfortable.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I was in the market to buy a new vehicle, my husband and I went to visit different car dealers and Kings Volkswagen was one of those dealers. It was a price we couldn't pass in addition to the great warranty VW is offering on the new vehicles, it was a no brainer. The sale process was really smooth with no problems. Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Desides to go elsewhere for the specific vehicle I was seeking. The team was helpful along the way nonetheless.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

As always, I love coming to this dealership, first of all this is where I purchase my car and second, I know I will get the best service. The guys and girl are amazing and friendly. They explain the services I need, and I feel that they are honest and not trying to make me pay for things I don't need. My car is running so smooth. Since I brought the car in 2021, I only needed a tire and new battery. How great is that!! Plus, I love seeing the friendly dog. It feels like a family here.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.

This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!
