With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Mike was great! This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and he was very patient with me until I was ready to purchase the right one for me. He was very nice and made sure he could help me stick close to my budget. Everything went smoother than I had expected, he and the manager was also very informative. Overall I had a good experience.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Salesman was Gage. Nice young man and I would give him a 5 star but I didn't have enough time in my schedule to really get to talk too much with him. He seemed well informed, maybe could have been a little more prepared. I'm considering a vehicle at Savvy but I'm not quite ready to make a decision.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I’ve had two great experiences buying cars from Fritz in Fishers. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very real. It’s easy to have a long conversation with them, just chatting about the business and about the market climate and etc. They’ve been in the auto sales business for more than 40 years and there’s many good reasons why. Most of the bad reviews seem to be written by people who failed to ask questions or do their homework on the ***used*** cars they purchased. All used cars have surprises, whether big or small. Fritz has a solid warranty on their vehicles and a dedicated service department, and will be honest with you if they think you would get better help from a dealership. All in all, I’m happy to call myself a repeat customer of Fritz in Fishers.

Good power and drive ability, with lots of room inside, comfortable seating. Feels sturdy and stable. Heat and air conditioning work well. A great vehicle for iur RV trsiler tow mission.

Moses made this incredibly easy for me. He was communicative, honest, and always there when i had a question. He followed up on every point within minutes, even at night and on the weekends. Really great.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.
