I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Answered all my questions. Allowed me to bring my own mechanic to his dealership to check out the car. Helped me get approved and was very nice and professional. Will recommend all my family and friends. Best dealership in New Jersey!

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

With the great floods of North Jersey, my pride and joy, my pleasure to drive, my daily driver got washed away. Totaled. The insurance companies were inundated with similar cases and took forever to cut a check. And to make matters worse, there were no rentals to be found. All I could scrape together was $3,000. A buddy of mine passes their lot every day on his way home from work. He always mentioned how they have such a nice selection of cars on their front line. I popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by 2 nice young men, David and I forgot the other guy but I know it started with a “P”. Nevertheless, I told them my situation and they found me a perfect car. The fact of the matter is, they got me exactly what I needed during my time of need. The lord works in mysterious ways but I am thankful I was guided to them. I will keep coming back and spread the word to all the members of my church. Many blessings to them!

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer

The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. This is my second positive review of a new Jeep purchase from Manahawkin Jeep in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Several weeks ago I posted a positive review for my purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler Sport and this past week I purchase a new Jeep Gladiator. Once again, I visited over a dozen Jeep dealership websites in New Jersey, and every Jeep dealership in the Jersey shore area. Only one Jeep dealership stood out above the rest, and like my first Jeep purchase before, it was Manahawkin Jeep. Their trade in allowance was more than I expected, the rebates were significant, and the transparent pricing in the end was better than I expected! In the end, I am convinced that I made the best Jeep purchases possible with Manahawkin Jeep than any other Jeep dealership in New Jersey. Finance manager Chris Pereira and salesman Mike Dunn, exceeded my expectations throughout the entire purchase process for both of my jeep vehicles. Their communication was exceptional! Each Jeep purchase was negotiated from the comfort of my own home and everything else was conducted via texting. I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I had a 2009 Hyundai Accent hatchback . I loved it . Yes I bought it used . In Ontario Canada in June we had a terrible storm come through and A tree was up rooted and fell on my car . I had $ 183.134 km on it . I cried my car was in mint condition.no rust it looked new . Even the insurance company said it was was in really great shape. Sure I had to replace a few parts .I sure did miss my baby .I’m looking for another car just like this one put having a hard time finding one in great shape

I bought it new. Mine is manual transmission. I have 162k miles, I have never had a problem. I have only done oil changes and tires. It's best car I have ever owned.

In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. And unless something else presents itself later as a better option-I’d be looking at replacing it with another Hyundai. 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback GL manual

Me and my mom went there to look at cars, and was helped out by this amazing women, Kayla. She helped us with any questions of the cars that where there and when we came to a decision, she made the process so simple. She explained everything that she had to do so that way we were in the know of what was happening. Just had the experience of my lifetime.. Bought a 2008 VW Beetle,, black with tan leather interior, all the bells and whistles on this 30k convertible. Great car loved by his previous owner and now by us. He looks and drives like the day. He rolled off the assembly line.

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

I’ve been going to epic for years! Great cars and great service every single time! I just got my Nissan Altima from them recently and I love it! I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

2014 Jeep Compass: I’ve had some issues with my Jeep but overall I’ve loved it. Bought it in 2016 with 34,000 miles on it. Now January 2026 I have 146,000 miles. Seems that things started to happen when it turned 10 years old. Tends to rust in the same places with all these jeeps (lower door trim, lower hatch trim). Had to get both front bearings replaced about $350 each side (suspension needs to maintained per manual timelines then you’ll have no problem), drivers window pulley broke and did repair myself, replaced throttle body myself (my fault for not keeping enough gas in the car). With that, I would recommend going above 3 in RPMs every now and again to teach your throttlebody to open wider. I’ve always kept RPM’s under 2.5. Stereo went out which is common in these models (went ahead and got a aftermarket stereo), drivers power window switch replaced (did myself for $80). Also, check engine light WILL come on if an oil change is needed. If your dash says oil change, you’re already waaaay too low. Now, my coolant is leaking around the cap. Thankfully it’s an easy fix I can do myself (about $100 repair). If you’re handy, these vehicles are easy to work on and if you keep them maintained, they will last a long while. With regular maintenance, I hope to keep it for another 150,000 miles. Oh yeah, 4WD gets stuck on or off sometimes. Not sure why but always seems to happen in the winter. Go figure.

The car is a solid economical choice for a daily car. The mileage you get is amazing and the interior volume of the sedan is quite spacious, including the boot.

I bought the 2018 Lexus NX300. I ran over 10 dealerships near NY NJ and was mad about fake online prices and sales tricks. This place is the best. No hidden fees. No mandatory warranty. No baited finance discount. The car is in excellent condition (except missing one floor mat). Fair price (a little bit below KBB price). The manager and staffs were kind and honest. The whole process is direct, transparent, and happy.

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.
