I went in for an oil change and when I went back the bill was over $900. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know what all they were doing and how much it was going to be.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

They were quick and easy to deal with. Everyone was very nice and willing to help.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I cannot begin to describe how great the people are at this dealership. Michael D was helping us and was great. He knows his product and is there to truly serve the customers. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

He did not try to pressure or convince us into buying anything. But I fell in love with the red Audi A4 2018. I was in and out in no time and the paperwork process was swift and simple. The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

So far this 2019 Cruze I just bought 2 weeks ago, everything is great , nice body style, great on gas, I had a 2007 Chev Cobalt that my brother bought from me ,that has more pickup cause of it being a larger engine 2.2, but thats the only difference. I have always owned GM, I tried out a 2020 Elandtra andv the quality is much better with the Cruze. My brother will probably have the 2007 Cobalt for a while since it has only 166470km on it These cares are fantastic Cruze or Cobalt and would recommend either to anyone, but get it Crown sprayed on the bottom cause these cars are all bad for rocker panel rotting out. If you Oil yearly, these cars will last for yearsand I mean 15-20 plus years if taken care of

Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

Caleb helped me to narrow down the options and really work through the car that would work best for me with the features I needed and also the price point I wanted. He was available for questions and to help before and after I bought the car. Mark helped to answer my financial questions. Jason checked in on me to make sure all was going well. This whole process was so worth it and made the car buying experience pleasant.

My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.
