We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse, it had some things that needed fixing which the staff was very willing to do. Passenger window, brake lights and turn signal were malfunctioning. Jason Kuehn readily talked to the service department and had them fix the issues. It was a very pleasant and straight forward experience!

My Mom bought the 2007 5.7 liter 4x4, Chrysler Aspen new. Actually a demo car. It had 5k miles on it. I inherited it. It drove great, but at about 75K miles, the suspension started getting wishy washy, which I think makes my tires wear out faster. Have kept up all the mileage service requirements. At 100,000 miles had to have the radiator replaced. Now at 122K miles now need to get the bushings and tie rods replaced. The Chrome grill is just plastic covered chrome. Half of the display lights for the heater/AC controls have gone out. One little light bulb. 50.00. Parts are being discontinued for this car, but I think Dodge Durango parts can be used. I cart my 4 grand kids in it fine. and have towed our 2,500 lbs boat with it fine. The oil has to be changed every 3k miles on the dot. I do carry a quart of oil just in case. Sometime I think about getting a newer used car, but I can't find anything that can compare without downgrading. After reading other reviews, I think I will keep my Aspen as I think it can go a lot more miles. My Aspen has actually been very good to me.

Just bought a van. It was my first purchase from a dealership and could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so respectful, helpful and cheerful.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

The overall TKK Service Department’s latest performance proved initially to deliver an outstanding and flawless series of results, granted that the synthetic oil replacement has been so far tested on a very limited basis, no car break-in attempt happened yet either, etc. Anyway, the complete understanding and correct execution of all vehicle service aspects as requested was done impeccably; this included an antitheft software upgrade, oil change / tire rotation, new cabin filter, multi-point inspection, battery status check (new one needed in the fall), diamond windshield application / treatment, while the car was minimally detailed when received or at least appeared similar to great pristine condition. Now, the interpersonal behavioral exchanges were brief, sympathetic with the situation, and on point. Everyone greeted me, immediately acknowledged my presence throughout the dealership’s various public-access areas, and all in all I was completely delighted while waiting the time specified for the maintenance / improvements to take place. So, I sincerely want to congratulate everyone working (Jacob in particular) here that so diligently helped in the process, while I wish the best for a truly deserved great summer ahead to these great individuals.

My experience at Rochester Subaru was amazing. All staff was friendly and greeted me. They were concerned that all questions I had were answered. There was no pressure to make a purchase at any time. They asked me what I wanted and was looking for in a car. They took time and did not rush any of the purchasing process. I loved that they followed up with me the first month Owned the Subaru Outback. I have feel welcomed to return and ask questions any time. I have a contact person that I can make an appointment with to answer future questions or just sent a quick email or text. I love my outback and highly recommend Rochester Subaru to all who want to start their car shopping experience. I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this 2007 truck F150 4x4 off road 18 years ago and still driving it. Proper maintance is the key to keep that machine going.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I shopped several stores before deciding to purchase from Rochester Car Clearance Center. I found the vehicle I was looking for and payed a lower price than any other dealer. The staff was very helpful both before and after the sale. I totally enjoy enjoy my new car and would by here again!

My 2008 G8GT has 185K on it and it still drives and handles like a new car. I have changed the brakes to slotted and change the oil myself every 3-4k miles. Front seats are not that comfortable for long trips and is my only minor complaint. I will keep the car as long as I can because there is nothing like the power being offered in a four door by an American Car Company.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

We bought a Acadia from this Chad and love it! Today they sent an xtra key for our vehicle. This saved us about $100. Thanks again. Our next vehicle will be bought from them.

Phenomenal car! bought mine used with 213,000 miles on it fresh out of college. Currently at 250,000 and it still runs like a charm. Have only had to do minor repairs and regular maintenance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cost efficient, reliable and smooth running vehicle.
