1998 Pontiac Sunfire SE review
Great car for the money
This is a the second Sunfire we've owned. This one being a convertible with the larger more powerful 2.4 liter engine which is a great performer. We like the body style, but would like a bigger opening to the trunk. The convertible top suprisingly doesn't limit visiblilty very much. The rear seats fold down which comes in very handy when we've needed to transport some large items from the store to home. Overall this is a relatively good handling and very economical car. It gets good gas mileage, usually between 25 - 30 MPG.

Best car ever!
Have 2001 with 85k miles. Only ever needed battery, oil changes and routine maintenance. Reliable car for getting around town and then some! Strangers gave even offered cash to "take it off my hands." No thanks. He is paid for and actually reluctant to get a new one. May not be as happy with it.
