Best of all this car Never Dies ...current mileage is 278,000 miles runs great

I bought my Pontiac Wave G3 in 2009,as I had leased a 2006 base model. Back story I moved from Ontario to Alberta, And being new to the province meant that I was a new driver which meant you guessed it higher insurance. I leased the cheapest base car I could find and live with also I wanted something no one would steal. Honda is the number one stolen or striped car and super high insurance same with Das Auto. So that's that. But she's cute has that Jetta Side Profile , from the front she Looks like a tele tubby we try not to say that in her presence. Because despite saying that this car is my rock and she is more solid than any thing i have every driven and push 15 years old she still HOT. Back to my story, Anyway with my lease ending... Do I buy the Base model I had leased? No. Because the buy out was under 10 grand and if I didn't pay cash to buy out the lease ($5500.00) I would be carrying over 3000 dollars above the cars value to borrow and finance the lease and taxes would have been 8900.00 OR, Buy a new one for less than the payments of re financing with all the bells and whistles . So for 360 a month over 5 years I bought my car and paid it off. Betsy is a beast I love her she is a road warrior that gives me more than she has ever cost. 155497km bought June 2009 still hugging the road like a boss. I miss Pontiac they had a great line of cars. I'm glad I was able to buy such a great little car at a good price that has given me more than I could have asked for. A solid win. Only issue in 14.5yrs replaced the solenoid in 3rd twice. not even bothered by that. Drop in the bucket for a car that gets synthetic oils rides like the wind and purrs like a kitten %99.9 of the time. She Loves Alberta Winter and drop it like it's hot every time. This car was beyond bang for the buck. I am the OG of this car and I stand behind my statement. Sorry they are no longer made it truly is a perfect car on every level for the price point all in CAN $21,600. Paid off and still driving with insurance under $900. This car is affordable with a eco tech engine that's pretty awesome and goes well in and in and out of traffic with eco tech cojones. Betsy has a crush on Ricky Bobby and ever now and then I let her go fast like RB. Hope you enjoyed my review as much as I do my car.

The Vibe is great transportation. It is very reliable and gets around in all weather. We have driven our vibe on many trips, and it just hums along. It's a great choice for a small family oor a couple. Good for hauling groceries!

I read the previous reviews carefully and was concerned since I was planning on flying from South Carolina to pick up a vehicle of the year and make I had been looking for. I worked primarily with Dave, he was honest and forthright on the condition of the truck. He even took extra photos of some dents the listing might not have shown. The price was very good, and though I wanted it for less, they were willing to negotiate, so we both got a good deal. Nate, the owner was easy to work with and walked me through Oregon DMV procedures since I was from South Carolina. Everything was straightforward and above board. Dave even picked me up from the airport. Nate offered to assist me with the title should there be problems with Oregon DMV processing the new title. All in all...a very good transaction. I drove the truck 2400 miles in 3 days and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS (1998 Toyota Tacoma). I would recommend this dealership if they have what you're looking for.

I have owned 5 of these cars, they are such a great car. Reliable, feul efficient and if yoh have the Vibe with the 2.4 liter notir, its quite pepi. I had a 2003 Vibe that went for 348,000 miles. Current 09 has 260,000 on it and still going strong. They dont make cars like this anymore, there all Junk!!

I purchased this car in December of 2008 from the dealership. Besides a water pump and brakes, I have replaced nothing else besides regular maintenance. This car, when purchased, was the best priced car, with all the safety features one would require, that could also be used to carry significant cargo. At the time, a comparable Matrix model would have cost $6,000 more than what I paid. Since, it has currently driven only 160,000 kms at this time, I should have many years of dependable service ahead of me. The bones, spine and muscles of this car is a Toyota Corolla, which is why it's the most dependable. The engine is not a power horse, but the 1.8 liter is the extremely dependable Toyota engine that is rated to outpace most engines in its class. This is a very dependable, affordable car that has never failed to impress me since day one!

We went in just to look around. The service was beyond excellent Bryan Olds did an amazing job as a sell rep. Was super friendly and very straight forward with all the process. We came home with a new Cadillac. Thank you Bryan for all your great work.

My 2003 Pontiac Vibe automatic base model is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. The drivers seat can be raised which makes it easy to get in & out. It runs smoothly. Just do the recommended maintenance & you will have a vehicle that will easily go beyond 250k.

I love this car. I have been an owner of a Pontiac Vibe, 2010, for five years now. This car is highly reliable and has been able to surpass any of the tests I have put it through over the years. I knew from the beginning of our beautiful relationship when I took it to the mechanic for its pre purchase inspection, I was told it was a good car. I am a chicken to drive in the snow, but when I was caught in a snow storm my AWD kicked in while others were stranded on a BC hill, my Vibe just plowed up the hill through the snow and I ended up home safely. I have no shame when I'm broke as a joke and can only afford a few dollars to put in my tank. In fact, I'm proud, because I know my Vibe will be able to get me there despite that fact with its gas mileage. I like that I could use the car to drive the kids around in, or drive solo and feel young and free. I love being able to park anywhere with this car because it is easy to manoeuvre and fits basically in any parking spot. I also used this car for moving and was able to fit a lot it in by putting the seats down. I hope my Vibe lives forever.

I owned one from 2007 until 2023. Probably the best car I ever had. I traded it in on a Corolla Cross, but if I could find a factory fres 2007 Vibe, I' d buy it. The only oddity was thst I had to replace two bad water pumps, and serpentine belt. The new Corolla has too much infotainment gadgetry, and a poorly written manual by comparion.

I've had mine for 5 years now. She has her issues but every car does. Cheapish fixes. Love the ride and the gas milage. Will literally cry when she no longer runs.

I bought out of state from MA and Mass did not make this process easy but Steve Beidler and the rest of the team did an amazing job of helping me out however they could from their end. I've owned my Vibe for 2 1/2 years when I bought it with 60k miles. Changed the transmission fluid at 60k, which is the recommended interval. Transmission "clunks" when downshifting to 2nd, but still up and down shifts perfectly fine. Shifts so smoothly, sometimes the only way to tell it shifted is to look at the tach. Ride is average, little stiff sometimes. It just refuses to break down if you do the regular maintenance. If you're a gentle driver, the standard 1.8 engine will be just fine for you, stay away from the 2.4 from 2004 to 2009, as they were well known to be oil burners. Little trick - when starting, just flick the key, release, and the starter will automatically release when the engine fires up. If you use the remote to unlock the car, and you don't open a door within 30 seconds, it will automatically re-lock.

I love that my Vibe gets great mileage (30+ MPG). I also love that it appears small and compact, but the back seats fold down completely flat for anything you would need to transport. Just recently, we fit 3 guitars, two sets of golf clubs, and an amp and still had plenty of room for more.

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

I've driven a large range of vehicles, from the cheapest commuter you can buy new, to fully loaded Town Cars and Chrysler 300's and everything in between. To get straight to it: It gets the job done, and won't break while doing it. It gets decent mileage, it's a Toyota so you know it's going to outlive you, and there's lots of space so how can you go wrong? To be 100% clear, it's not very comfortable and there's no sound insulation at all, and it makes no power which means getting anywhere at a brisk pace means your foot is occasionally to the floor during regular driving. I don't see these as issues, this is part of the fun, overall I have a lot of fun in it and I don't worry about it's reliability at all. I also recommend sampling the symphony that is allowing your muffler to rust off, and giving it some redline as a treat. She's a racecar.

I purchased a vehicle from United Auto at the end of September, and it runs great! I love my new car, it was comfortably within my price range and featured all of the amenities I was seeking. Rodney was very helpful throughout the entire process and didn’t put any pressure on the sale. They provided a limited warranty for my car, and assisted me with questions I had regarding post purchase. There are a lot of options for dealers in the area, but this dealer has been in business for a long time and cares about their customers, which was apparent through the entire process. Bought a 2006 Pontiac Vibe fwd, automatic new. It has ~ 350,000 miles on it (speedometer will only register 299999 miles). We keep up with the miles using the trip odometer. Have maintained consistent and regular 3,000 mile interval oil changes. Engine uses NO OIL (Valvoline 5w30) and tranny has given no problems. Replaced valve cover gasket & O2 sensor at ~ 330,000 miles; struts @ ~ 340,000 miles (yes, they were overdue!). Needs catalytic converter. Nose of hood is a rock magnet (the car has never been wrecked or had any body repairs or paint). Paint is beginning to show its age (I hate base coat/clear coat; give me acrylic enamel any day). Headlight lense covers are weathering (originals). Have replaced fog lights a couple of times (road debris takes them out). All accessories - power windows, door locks, AC, electronics, lights - work. It is still our daily driver plus it does double duty as our towed vehicle behind our motorhome. As such, I’ve taken it places in the mountains on steep (and I mean STEEP), narrow loose rock roads (most recently in Big Bend National Park and surrounding areas). To sum it up, if they were still made, I’d buy a new one today. One solid, reliable car. If I could improve it, I would add more ground clearance and selective four wheel drive with a conventional transfer case so I could flat tow it behind my motorhome. (As for use, we use it for “commuting, transporting family, and having fun”; can’t pick just one).

Excellent car never will leave you stranded and cost of ownership is insanely low. Take care of it and it will take care of you! It has tons of room for how small it looks.
