I went to this dealership, Bentley/ Maserati and quality pre-owned, to look for a car for my wife. The place is clean and beautiful showrooms. Megan , very charming young lady sales representative was wonderful to arrange my purchase and with her manager, Andy Marino , took care of the financing and all the details. The service department and their commitment to get the car serviced and ready were excellent. I traded my Lincoln and received a very good value toward the car that I bought . Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!

Engine service light came on. Car went into shop the same day and the problem fixed. Great service and service team. Very professional. The facility is beautiful for customer who are waiting to pick up their cars.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!

First let me start by saying I live just south of Knoxville TN and I was NOT driving 12+ hours to buy this car based on the previous reviews I had read. I said thanks, but no thanks. Thankfully Ash called me as one of the new managers and explained the wrongs of the previous ownership and the changes that had been made. I was very hesitant, but after much thought and personal and LIVE videos and photos sent to me of this car ON THE LOT, I made the trip. They detailed it, pulled it inside and kept the keys with them until I got there (with a small deposit on my part). Upon arrival the car was waiting on me, pulled inside under the lights with a big bow on the hood, and I was blown away!!! They were all so nice, gave me plenty of time to drive the car and managed to meet my every expectation. We actually had a great time, and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun buying a car and MAN DO I LOVE THIS INTEGRA TYPE S. I am so glad Ash called me and put my mind at ease and if you are wondering if they are different than their many past reviews, please believe me, trust them and make the trip. Ask for Ash and Anthony because they will do you right. Thanks guys, for making the trip worth every mile and also for the flawless delivery of my Type S.
