We have a Cayenne and a 911, recently we went in to have a key duplicated for the Cayenne. As we lost our second key. The service advisor "Luke Figueroa" could not have been more polite and outgoing. In addition, he took care of our needs immediately with out waiting for any long duration, Also they totally detailed the Cayenne and made the car look like it came out of the showroom even though it has 80,000 miles. My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

Brian and his staff have an excellent selection of high end exotics. He was easy to work with and we negotiated an agreement rather quickly. He made a great effort to deliver the car when I wanted even though it was a weekend.
