I purchased a high end vehicle from Illusso and the sales manager, Todd, was wonderful. I appreciate integrity and straight shooters. At every step of the way, Todd and Illusso backed up everything they said and always followed through. They are definitely different from the typical car seller reputation. Although I love my car, when it's time to sell, and when it's time for another, I will most definitely contact Illusso first, and I will do so, hoping that Todd is still there. What a refreshing experience in this day and age when integrity isn't nearly as valued as it could be.

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. That is when I met Kevin in person because we had only corresponded through daily texts. Afterwards, we met with Neil to discuss numbers/payment etc. He could not have been more lovely. These guys were warm, honest, super friendly, and very professional. It paid off because I bought the Range Rover. If you are looking to buy a car, start here!!!

Fantastic experience! I purchased a Defender from Platinum Autohaus from out-of-state. Autohaus arranged the delivery to my house, and the paperwork was all completed easily via FedEx. I was shopping for a g63 amg and Tony was just another dealer that I spoke with and I told him it would be hard to get me approved my first expensive car. He said I’ll take care of it and we hung up. I didn’t really think that he would as I continued my shopping process found another car next day after hours and hours of headache I got approved at another dealer. Before I could buy that car. I checked my spam and it was just a simple email from Tony that says your approval. I love the no hassle no crap approach. He got me the car and at a better rate. I, gonna get the car tomorrow which I’m sure is as he said it is. 100% recommend
