Pleasant experience in my 1st time servicing our Porsche at Porsche Irvine. Very nice facility, fast and efficient service. Henry my advisor was very nice and kept me informed about the process during my time there while I waited. Along the way I received a narrated video for the technician as he described the work performed and a visual inspection of our Porsche 911 the have a nice customer lounge and provided drinks and snacks

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I mostly dealt with Mason Gilchrist but also Mathew Anthony during the purchase experience of my vehicle. Both Gentlemen are top-tier professionals. Mason was always courteous and promptly addressed my concerns and questions. I have a good feeling that he will help me to resolve any possible car issues the future. From where I stand at the moment, I can wholeheartedly recommend Irvine Porsche to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle there.

If you are into exotics like me, I suggest calling Ilusso and specifically Todd Roswell over there. I have bought and sold many cars with them over the years they are always fair and transparent when making a deal. The service is TOP notch. Just call Todd he is the best.
