Used Porsche 911 for sale near Dublin, PA under $200,000

I recently bought a used Porsche 911 (997.2) from Saad at Porsche Warrington. The experience was great. Saad was an excellent communicator. There was complete transparency and no hassle at all. I plan to buy my future 911’s from Saad even though I am from out of town.

I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

I have always wanted a 911 Targa. I've always been inspired by the airy glass canopy in a refined and reliable sports car like the 911. I have wanted one since it was introduced. The glass canopy allows the outdoors in and provides plenty of light when driving through Mt. passes and canyons. I have been wanting to drive the famed 993 911 as well. So this opportunity gave me the best of both worlds.

I just bought a 2000 Jaguar XKR convertible from Larry at Hiline Motors in Sanatoga Pa. I've been looking for one of these cars for a while but realized that many used ones would have various problems which would be expensive to fix. After reading Larry's reviews I was convinced I would get the best car at the best price and not have to worry about dealing with costly problems in the future. Larry was easy to deal with. He and his mechanic fixed all of the common problems that these cars shared. Although I was unsure of buying a car online without seeing it, I would easily recommend him to any of my car-enthusiast friends to make a problem-free purchase.

Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. I'm 67 years Old and have bought alot of cars in my Life. This was , by far, The BEST experience I ever had. Simon and everybody at Autobay were Fantastic to deal with. No hidden fees or Add ons the total price is exactly as quoted on website. Simon told me as I was leaving if there was any Problems or Issues with the car just call him. A small problem came up with the Brakes and before I could even explain the issue he told me to bring it in. I brought it in he asked for the keys put it right up on the lift and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. And again as I was leaving he told me If any other issue to call him right away and he would make it right. I have NEVER received that kind of service before.. Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

What a great sportscar...maybe a little expensive but after you have one you will agree that it is worth every penny...don't buy one as an investment, buy one to drive

I love my Porsche, as much a one can love a thing. It is an incredible machine that also happens to be a car. The car handles like no other I've driven and just goes like a cheetah.

Overall a very fine car. Dashboard controls are not responsive and it took two of us to figure out how to play USB flash drive (CD's don't work). Pairing cell phone is also problematic.

This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

I recently hit a pothole and bent the rim on the front wheel of my car and was looking for somewhere to get this possibly fixed but I thought it was most likely going to have to be replaced. I called another shop that I thought would be able to do it but they said they would have to order a replacement wheel and started asking if the car was driving straight and basically trying to sell me other things without even seeing the car. Someone recommended Jonathan motorcars and said they could fix the rim. They were extremely accommodating and helpful over the phone and told me when to come and how long it would be and did exactly that. They fixed my wheel and were great about everything. Could not have had a better experience here.

Loved my 991.2S, I did blow up the engine which was covered under warranty. Really one of the most fun cars I have ever had close call with the 781S.

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

I flew in from Seattle Washington to look at a car i was interested in at Interstate Motorsports with a friend of mine. It was truly an experience i will never forget. First off i will tell you its like no other car lot, i can not even call it that, its like a car kingdom. Its beautiful with the most fascinating cars i have ever seen. All cars kept inside the most unique place, its something you have to experience its hard to describe. The best part is i have been around a lot of car dealers and i can say there is no other like Steve the owner and his wonderful wife and nephew Alex, they are genuine, honest, you feel like a part of a great family when you are at this special place. They are so open and i met several of there longtime customers and friends all so personable. My 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera (996) is an example of German engineering at its finest. The known IMS bearing issue was taken care of, allowing me to have no reservations about driving the car anywhere. Although it's not a turbo model, the car performs like it's made for racing. The Spanish word 'Carrera' translates to 'race'. When you put the car thru its paces you know why it is named such.

Good review of a very desirable car but if you want credibility, research why the key is on the left. It's there for Le Mans starts ... remember, drivers ran across the track, jumped in the car and drove off without seatbelts fastened. Having the key on the left allowed the drivers to start the engine with the left hand and shift to first with the right - the cars were all angled off in the direction of the track so as soon as the engine started and the car was in gear, the hands would be brought back to steering.

Had a great experience with those guys..car was shipped in great condition better than I hoped for..it’s hard to find dealers that carry nice stick shift cars and who are actual car enthusiasts..special thanks to Scotti for making it happen

What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

Coming in to pickup my ordered vehicle, this newly renovated facility is exceptionally clean and distinguishes itself from other dealers in the area. Will come back for service for sure.
