I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

I received a quick response and my questions were answered right away without the usual dealer run around. Not only were my questions answered I received written confirmation for various leasing scenarios.

I'm a loyal customer of Porsche West Palm Beach Brahman based on one thing Service. Krystal is phenomenal from A to Z she never misses out on details. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

Rome was quick to respond and very professional. He provided more information than I originally was requesting. Have not given up on the car just need to take if things with family and home. Hope will be able to work with Rome soon

I was looking for a specific used vehicle that happened to be at a Porsche dealership. Most would be intimidated by such a high end store but from the moment I called on the vehicle to the day after I purchased my GMC the process was 109% pleasurable. My sales person and Finance manager were top notch and super down to earth and accommodating. From the price to the paperwork! I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kimberly Rosa. I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER.
