I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!
