I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

I had an excellent customer service experience with this service department. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. David Strauch, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. David provided updates on the status of my service and I viewed a video of the condition of my vehicle by service department. My vehicle was returned to me in good order and my vehicle received a courtesy washing. I would definitely use this dealership for future service.

After spending somet time online searching for a used vehicle, I came across a previously leased one at this dealership. Michael Chauca, the internet sales manager was friendly and knowlegeable about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, (which alas was not a Porche), and was able to answer all my quesitons. Also just want to mention that of all the dealerships I visited, this one had the best coffee machine and snacks. The only thing I think they could do better would be to streamline filling out all the paperwork after you decide to go ahead with the purchase - it seamed to go on for ever..

I had another outstanding experience at Porsche Annapolis! Rob Schiller has been exceptional throughout the entire service process from day one, consistently keeping me informed about any updates. I also want to highlight Luis, the technician who worked on my vehicle; he did a remarkable job servicing my car to like-new condition again. And Steve Wood, a very courteous gentleman, personally delivered a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made the process much more convenient. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Porsche Annapolis for their excellent service! Very happy!

Porsche Annapolis and Robert my service advisor were outstanding. We had a battery light warning. The service department quickly addressed and replaced the battery. Robert checked and found that the battery was covered under warranty. Best service experience in the DMV

It has tons of complicated features. Itis a gadget hounds dream, and a shade tree mechanics nightmare. It feels heavy but not underpowered. A nice "toy" car to have.
