The Salesman named DENIS of Acura is a very proffesional, compassionate and hardworking persons who is a tremendous assets to Paragon Acura. He is very attentive and listens to our bad experienced to the previous sales representatives ( Jaeson) to whom we purchased a Pre-owned Acura MDX 2020 in lieu of our brand new Honda Pilot that we had trade in. So many false rhetorics that makes us so frustrated with the deals. We were able to get rid of our Acura and trade it in with a brand new 2023 Honda Odyssey with the big help of Denis. He is such an excellent guy who help us up all the way together with his Finance Manager and staff Isaiah Guadalupe. I and my wife is so grateful for your exemplary personnel. I’m not a fan of all these procedures and paperwork. Here they helped without stress. One downside - it was noisy, music loud in the office. I wanted quiet. Maybe I’m getting old 😄 But the car is great, I admit.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars.
