The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

I was shopping for a quality used Porsche Cayenne and found exactly what I was looking for at Porsche of Nashua. I was treated extremely well by the professional staff and got the car I was looking for at the price I wanted. I was in the market for a car to replace my Lexus RX 300. I've owned 3 RX's over the past ten years and was ready for something new, more fun, and something my husband would enjoy driving as well. We discovered the Macan and can honestly say this car is perfection. It's sporty, safe, trendsetting and even the price is reasonable. We also test drove the Q5, Q7 and X5 and in my opinion, this car blows them all away. We live in Metrowest - suburbs of Boston and the hardest part was finding a dealership. I test drove one outside of Boston with my teenage boys (who love it as much as I do) and didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I was a cash buyer with no trade-in so you thought they would have paid a little attention to me. On a drive back from the White Mountains my husband stopped at Porsche of Nashua to test drive the Macan because it was a convenient stop just off the highway. The salesman, Jamie Chomo, rolled out the red carpet and turned my husband, a die-hard BMW owner and driver of an M3, into a believer. We were treated so well and so impressed with them that we drove the extra miles back to Nashua to buy the car. Once I picked the exact car, Jamie was willing to negotiate a fair price and I left feeling great. I can honestly say in all my 30 plus years of car buying this has never happened before. If you are even considering the Macan, do yourself a favor and schedule a test drive with Jamie at Porsche of Nashua and bring your checkbook because you will probably leave with one.
