Wow is all I can say about Bellevue Porsche. From sales (2 vehicles in 5 years) to service, they have excelled beyond my greatest expectations. I'm very particular about my 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera S. I wash it by hand every week and enjoy the driving experience these past 5 years. First mechanical issue (oil leak from a bad gasket) appeared last month. I took the car to Bellevue Porsche for the analysis and repairs. They found the leak, but had to remove the engine to replace any faulty parts. Fortunately, I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car new in 2021. This covered the entire repair cost. The loaner I received was also covered. I was informed about the timeline and repairs as the job progressed. Picked up the car today and it runs perfect again. From Nicole P. in service, to the mechanics who worked on the car, I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and diligence throughout this process. What a great team to be a part of.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

There was practically no waiting at this service call and promptly provided transportation since I had to leave my car overnight. I really appreciate his transparency, proactive communication, and personalized solutions. He even showed empathy for the inconvenience of my car issue and was instrumental in obtaining a discount of service repairs on a complicated transmission issue.
