Great overall experience purchasing our new car with Zoe at this nice dealership. Zoe was friendly from the beginning to the end and understood our needs throughout the buying process. She respected that time was important to us and didn’t pressure us to make quick decisions on the spot. Zoe was patient, gave us plenty of time to asking questions and was responsive with our requests. She provided excellent follow up even after we picked up the car. Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! I hope not to see you soon, but if I need to, I look forward to working with you!

Cars.Com paired me up with Nashua Porsche, which is a little far from us, but I setup an appointment for Saturday morning to view new/used Macans. Upon arrival we met Jim Horgos, who could not have been nicer and was very professional. He set us up with a Macan test drive and sent us on our way. When we returned .. we struck a deal in about 20 minutes for an almost brand new beautiful Macan. No haggling. No dissing our trade-in. Just straight up deal making. Jim followed up with us after the sale and stayed late on Monday (13 hour day) to deliver the car to us when we wanted it. The best part was going through the features of the car with Jim before we left. He knew the car inside and out without even looking at the buttons. Very impressive for such a complex car. Since then he has followed up with several emails. Jim was a pleasure to work with, an asset to Porsche Nashua, and I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a straight deal on a new/used Porsche.
