Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Tim is the best service manager at Lexus Santa Monica, he's funny, always happy and chipper, always eager to help in any and all ways. Tim hears me out, never disregards my comments and always makes sure my car is fixed smoothly and quickly.

Glendale Infiniti had the best service from all the infiniti dealerships I have been to. Everything was simple and my car was taken good care of.

Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

If you are looking into buying a Kia, look no further than Kia Van Nuys. The sales consultant who helped me is Russell, and when I say he is the best of the best, I mean it. Not only is he so kind (and honestly, very funny), he was so caring and considerate of all of my needs. From financial concerns, to helping me test drive and find a car that would fit my lifestyle, Russell was so incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole car buying process. He helped me tailor an accessory package that would reflect what I wanted in a car based on his incredible attention to detail and personable approach. He is also incredibly communicative, and helped me come to the best deal I could get for my car. I really cannot recommend Russell enough for your car buying needs - he is the absolute best.
