Glendale Infiniti had the best service from all the infiniti dealerships I have been to. Everything was simple and my car was taken good care of.

Too long to schedule, but superior service once in for repair

I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

Dropped off my Macan S for computer updates, & a couple other services. Paul took care of me, & delivered a friendly, professional experience. My car was ready at the time he quoted. I would highly recommend this dealership for any/all services.

Bentley Newport Beach does a great job on my annual service. I live dead center between Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. I continue my loyalty to this service dept., bc they do a great job servicing my SUV; from time frame upon completion to pricing. Scott always takes care of me. The Bentley Bentayga is a great SUV. I drove the top Range Rover for ten years, and I'll take the Bentley brand any day over LR, now.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at Tustin GMC & Buick with Seth R.. I called him the night before to ask about the Sierra EV 2025, and he got right on it! I usually buy luxury vehicles, and the service was just as great as when I do business with Porsche or Land Rover. George in finance was nothing short of amazing as well. The management is doing an incredible job keeping them going because they have such a great team. Every turn was met with a smile, and even in workout clothing, I felt like a valued customer. Thanks to Seth and George, this dealership is now my new pick-up truck home, and I?ll definitely be buying my pick-up trucks through Tustin GMC & Buick in the future.

Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen).
