Hernan was helpful and pleasant to deal with in my used vehicle purchase. I had a done a lot of research and knew what I was looking for, and he was able to answer my questions and work out a deal with me for a fast, low-stress purchase. The finance department was easy to work with, and I was surprised they were able to get me a lower rate than my own bank had offered. Happy with my newly purchased vehicle thus far and hope to have an ongoing great experience with it.

I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2 hours away from home. Reached out to inquire about its availability and Hernan Diaz-Egg responded quickly. Hernan then work with me over the phone, primarily via text, to finalize the deal. They took my deposit while I was on route to the dealership. I explained to Hernan that I would like to be in and out of the dealership quickly as we had a long ride back home. He immediately began working with the Finance Manager, Laurie Pearson and when I arrived 97% of all that had to be done was done. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. This was an excellent experience and Hernan and Laurie providing an outstanding customer oriented process.

Great dealership, but currently the Land Rover is out of my comfort budget zzone. They treated me royally and I was honest with them, I want a new car, not used. I'll just have to wait about six months before I'll be comfortable in spending that much money.
