The representative Brandon was point on point, very prompt in communication- did not play around and got me the best deal possible. All communications are very transparent. When I went to the dealership picking up the car was just a formality. They have a great team. Spoke to their manager as well. They take customer feedback very seriously. Great attention to detail. Service reps always willing to work on limiting costs and giving you alternatives for some of the repairs, which is tremendously helpful. The car washing/detailing would be the one area that I would focus on as the wash/detailing could be slightly improved. Had dirty rims noted during last pick up from service.

Very professional customer oriented experience. Excellent communication throughout the process. This was the first electric Macan they have worked on and they gave me a loaner car so that I didn’t spend hours waiting for a reported one hour warranty service which would likely take longer.
