I knew what I was looking for - I reached out to 8 dealers with my specs - this is the only dealership which paid attention to my specific requirements and actually looked into my email. The representative Brandon was point on point, very prompt in communication- did not play around and got me the best deal possible. All communications are very transparent. When I went to the dealership picking up the car was just a formality. They have a great team. Spoke to their manager as well. They take customer feedback very seriously. Best buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased about a dozen new cars in the past from BMW's to another Porsche Cayenne GTS from different dealers. The buying process usually takes hours. At Porsche Bethesda the process took less than an hour. Great experience!
