Although I didn't purchase from Neillo Porsche I am still considering doing so. I was treated very fairly and with professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend Lee Perkins to anyone looking for a Porsche...he is customer focused, easy to talk to and I always thought he was my advocate throughout the process. Although I bought my CPO Panamera elsewhere the gang at Porsche OKC were fantastic, treated me as if I was their guest or customer from start to finish. Had an issue with the suspension, they told me likely due to whoever transported it here. They believe a sensor was damaged when securing the car. Cause didn’t bother them; they fixed it under warranty and in pretty short order. Sales was fantastic- I walked in and although I wasn’t buying he still escorted me to the service desk; offered a drink/restroom as we walked back. My representative was there, met me before I reached the counter and knew my name before I introduced myself and did exactly as promised. Car is a Turbo S Hybrid, by far the nicest and most complex vehicle I’ve ever owned or ridden in for that matter. I’ve never had a vehicle that I felt the need to pamper (even dust on the outside bothers me) and they returned it to me in pristine, detailed condition. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to return to the OKC dealership when I order a new one, we love the car so we bought a CPO; it’s almost $250,000 new and I wasn’t going to buy my first Porsche new but likely will in the foreseeable future. They earned my repeat business and I was thoroughly impressed. Don’t know if car prices will ever return to sanity but either way when I’m shopping for a replacement or maybe an addition.
