I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

My service representative was Jason. He was thorough, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I had a tricky problem and Jason took care of it very quickly and effectively. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!!!

My sales person Marylyn went beyond what s humanly possible. Perfect response time, always had “the customer” first attitude. The car a macan was for my son and she made his dream come true. My respect and thanks

I was comparing my end of lease option again leasing a new Porsche Macan, the salesman Jason Ha is extremely passion, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. I was welcomed by Ms Martha who was very professional . She introduced me to my service representative, Victor He was thorough, pleasant and very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. I just got my New Panamera Platinum Copper Ruby metallic she had to dealer trade the car for me to get me the options and color of my choice. Great dealership with Barby Mates at the wheel. They were professional accommodating and pleasant. No hidden costs or the feeling they are trying to squeeze all the money they can get out of you. The cars were perfect and the prices were very competitive. We checked. Afterwords they still are very attentive. A++

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

What an incredible experience. Porsche Woodlands is a top notch dealership. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and extensive knowledge of the product. Porsche Woodland Hills has a fantastic team of staff always a great selection of cars and can trade cars with other dealerships. If it’s a new model I highly recommend them if you go there go see my friend Myron tell them Marcus sent you I have bought six Porsches. Mr. Assad is also waiting to help there
